How much will it cost to clean my home?

Our pricing is based on the size of your home and the type of service. Initial Deep Cleans begin at $500 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. Recurring maintenance begins at $300 per visit. Move-In/Move-Out services begin at $600. All pricing includes your complimentary Signature Scent Experience. Custom quotes are available for estates above 7,000 sq ft. Is a long-term contract required for service?

No long-term contract is required. We ask that clients sign our Client Service Agreement, which outlines the scope of service, payment terms, and cancellation policy — but this is not a locked-in commitment. Either party may terminate service with 14 days written notice.
Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

Yes. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service rate. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service rate. We appreciate the courtesy of notice so we may serve other clients in that time.
Can I get a cleaner or housekeeper immediately?

All new clients begin with a private consultation before their first service. This allows us to understand your home's specific needs, conduct your scent selection, and ensure the right team is assigned. We do not rush this process — because your first experience with Camellia sets the standard for every visit that follows.
What is the availability of service?

We currently serve clients on a weekly and biweekly schedule. Availability is limited as we maintain a curated client roster to ensure every home receives our full attention. We recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred schedule. Contact us to discuss availability for your area.
How can I get a cleaning quote?

Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

We ask that personal items, valuables, and fragile décor be secured before our arrival if you have preferences about how they are handled. Beyond that, we take care of everything. Our team is trained to work around your home with the utmost care and respect for your belongings.
Can I get a thorough home cleaning?

Absolutely. Our Initial Deep Clean is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom transformation of your home — every surface, every corner, every detail addressed with intention. It is required before beginning recurring service and is the foundation of the Camellia standard.
What if something is damaged during cleaning?

Camellia carries general liability insurance and treats every home with exceptional care. In the rare event of accidental damage, please report it in writing within 24 hours of the service date. We will address it promptly and professionally. We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly secured or in pre-existing fragile condition that was not disclosed prior to service.
Are my valuables safe?

Your valuables are always safe with Camellia. Every team member is personally vetted and bound by a signed confidentiality and conduct agreement before entering your home. We do not touch, move, or photograph personal items, jewelry, or valuables unless specifically instructed to do so as part of a cleaning task. If you have concerns, we welcome you to share them during your consultation.
How do I know I can trust your staff?

Trust is the foundation of everything we do. Every Camellia team member is personally screened, vetted, and required to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement before entering any client property. We do not subcontract — only our own trained, trusted team members will ever be in your home. No surprises, no strangers, no exceptions.
Will the same person clean my home on a regular basis?

We strive to maintain consistency with your assigned team so that they come to understand your home's specific needs and preferences. In the event of any change, we will notify you in advance and ensure the replacement team member is fully briefed and equally vetted.
Should I tip the housekeeper?

Gratuity is never expected but always deeply appreciated by our team. It is entirely at your discretion. If you choose to express appreciation, it can be given directly to the team or noted on your invoice.
Am I potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes?

No. Because Camellia Cleaning Solutions LLC is a fully licensed and insured business, you are not responsible for worker's compensation or employment taxes for our team. You are hiring a business, not an individual — which protects you fully. This is one of the key advantages of working with a properly structured professional service.
Do I need to provide cleaning solvents and equipment?

No. Camellia arrives fully equipped with all premium cleaning products and professional equipment. We use carefully selected, high-quality products that are effective and safe for your home's surfaces and finishes. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please inform us during your consultation and we will accommodate wherever possible.
Do I have to be home at the time of my cleaning?

No. Many of our clients prefer to be away during their service. You simply provide us with secure access instructions during your consultation, and we handle everything. Access codes and security details are kept strictly confidential and stored securely.
What if I have an alarm system?

No problem at all. During your consultation, you may share your alarm code or preferred entry instructions with us. All access information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and shared only with the assigned team member on a need-to-know basis. Many of our clients entrust us with full property access.
Are pets a problem?

Not at all. We love your pets and are experienced working in homes with animals. We ask that you let us know about any pets during your consultation so we can plan accordingly and ensure their comfort and safety during our visit. If any team member has a specific sensitivity or allergy, we will always communicate that in advance.
Do you provide Sunday, weekend, or holiday cleanings?

Weekend availability may be possible depending on schedule. Holiday cleaning requests are accommodated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. We recommend reaching out in advance for any non-standard scheduling needs so we can do our best to accommodate you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning date or time?

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as you know. How are payments made?

You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the completion of each service. Payment is due upon receipt. For Initial Deep Clean services, payment is due on the day of service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during your consultation. A $35 late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 7 days.
Is my personal information kept confidential?

Absolutely and without exception. Your name, address, identity, lifestyle, and any information observed during service is fully protected under our binding Confidentiality Agreement. We do not share, photograph, discuss, or reference your home or personal information — not on social media, not in conversation, not to anyone, for any reason. Your privacy is sacred to us. It is not a policy — it is our promise.
